This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the PlotNest website ("Site") and its materials and services by users ("User"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. General Terms

1.1. Use of the Site and its services is subject to applicable laws and regulations of Rwanda.

1.2. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the User and the Site administration. By accessing the Site, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Site administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will take effect three (3) days after the updated Agreement is posted on the Site. If the User disagrees with the modifications, they must discontinue use of the Site and its services.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. The User agrees not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or disrupts the functionality of the Site.

2.2. Unauthorized use of Site materials, including copying, distribution, or modification without permission, is strictly prohibited. To use any copyrighted materials, the User must obtain explicit authorization from the copyright holders.

2.3. When citing Site materials, proper attribution, including a direct link to the Site, is required.

2.4. User-generated content, including comments and posts, must comply with legal and ethical standards. The Site administration reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate.

2.5. The Site administration is not responsible for external websites linked on the Site. The User acknowledges that any external links are accessed at their own risk.

2.6. The Site administration is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of Site content, third-party services, or external links.

2.7. The User acknowledges that the Site may display advertisements. The Site administration is not responsible for the content or accuracy of such advertisements.

3. Other Terms

3.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Rwanda.

3.2. This Agreement does not establish any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or other business relationships between the User and the Site administration.

3.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

3.4. Failure by the Site administration to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce such provisions in the future.

By using the Site, the User confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
